Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about service calls, payment, scheduling and the work we do.

How much is the service call?

Our service call is $40, and it goes away when you move forward with the work. That way you're only paying for the work being done.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected when the work is completed, not on the first visit. We accept cash, check or card. Card payments have a 3.5% processing fee.

What areas do you serve?

New Braunfels, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, Schertz, Cibolo, Garden Ridge, Universal City, Converse, Live Oak, Cibolo Canyons, Timberwood Park, Encino Park, San Marcos and Kyle.

Are you licensed and insured?

Can you install a Tesla Wall Connector or other EV charger?

Yes. We are a Tesla Certified Installer and install Tesla Wall Connectors and other major EV charger brands. We'll check your panel to make sure it can handle the charger safely.

How do I know if I need a panel upgrade?

Common signs are breakers that trip often, an older or recalled panel, warm or buzzing breakers, or plans to add an EV charger, hot tub or generator. Every home is different, so we look at your panel in person and walk you through your options.

What does an appointment look like?

Morning appointments are scheduled 8 to 12, and the crew usually arrives between 8 and 9. You'll get a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, and an on my way text with your technician's arrival time. You can send questions and photos in the same text thread.

Do you repair ceiling fans or light fixtures?

We install ceiling fans and light fixtures, add outlets, and relocate outlets and switches. We don't repair fans or fixtures, but we can replace them for you.
